Hello everybody.
ReplyDeleteOn a typical Monday, I get up at 8 a.m., have breakfast, and then study for university subjects until 11 a.m. After that, I work from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. This strange schedule is because I need to follow the work hours of Mexico. Usually, I take a one-hour break at 1 p.m. to have lunch and relax a bit.
When I finish my workday, I usually go to my grandmother’s house to visit her, and after that, I go for a walk in my neighborhood for 30 minutes as an attempt at physical activity.
Finally, I come home, take a shower, and go to sleep. If I don’t feel sleepy, I often watch a movie.
I think my Mondays are normal days. On other days, I have classes after work until 10 p.m., and I feel exhausted at the end of the day.
I would like to do more physical activity, and I hope I will do it when university classes finish.
Well, that’s all. :) See you in the next post!
Hello
ReplyDeleteI try to start my typicall Monday with good vibes. Because is the hardest day after stay relax at home. I wake up at 7:30, make the breakfast and prepare my stuff for work. At 8:15 I travel to my work, and I stay there until 17:30pm. Then I come back to my home and have a meal before go to the gym. Sicne 19 to 20 I do exercise and then come back to my place. I take a shower and start with the dineer. Some days I also use time for study English or German. I go to bed at 00:00.
Nice! Do you eat the same food for breakfast as when you were in Argentina, or have you changed your habits?
DeleteFabio, regarding the food, I think that Argentina is the TOP 1 of food,no chance of finding the variety in other countries. For breakfast, I used to eat the same as in Argentina (Toast bread with cheese cream and marmalade), but sometimes I tried to buy "Facturas", Even though there are many Bakeries here because Germans love bread, But the flavor is not the same compared with Argentina's bakeries. The other problem here isn't "Dulce de Leche".
DeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteOn a typical Monday, I get up at 5:30 a.m. (after turning off 3 alarms at 4:45, 5:00, and 5:15 AM - Sorry, I'm this kind of person 🤷♀️) and take a shower to wake myself up.
Then, I get dressed and ride my bike to work. It's a 30 minutes ride from my house to the university. I arrive at work before 7 AM and start my day preparing orders while waiting for classes to start.
My workday ends at 2 PM and I come back home, have lunch, and take a nap.
In the afternoon, I do pilates or yoga, depending on my mood. Then, I use the computer to check social media, my email or look for job offers.
At night, I prepare clothes for the next day, have dinner, and go to bed around 10:30 PM and I read one or two chapters of a book called "The Professor"
I would like to delete my nap time to go to bed earlier and sleep 8 hours or more. I try, but it's difficult.
Sofia, in Germany it's pretty common to have dinner at 19:00 and then people stay at home and go to bed early ( It's more healthy). In winter, it's dark at 16:30. I tried to implement this, but I always have dinner at 10:00 or 10:30 and go to bed at 00:00.
